Do you require vacinnations?
-We require proof of current vaccinations for all dog prior to Boarding, Daycare, and coming to the Dog park. A member of our staff must input vaccination dates for all dogs prior to coming to daycare and boarding. Copies of their records can be emailed to hopsnpawsrecords@gmail.com
Is an evaluation required before my dog can come to Daycare?
Yes, Our dog daycare evaluations are free, and last about 4 hours. We have specific time slots during the weekdays for evals. These can be scheduled through the portal.
How long is a half-day of daycare?
Half day daycare is 5 hours or less.
When can i drop-off or pickup my pup?
Drop off and pickup times are between 6am and 7pm
Do i need a reservation to drop off?
Yes, Daycare and boarding reservations are required. If you have an emergency, we will try to accomodate.
Will my dog get to socaiize while at daycare/boarding?
Absolutely. We will group dogs based on - Size, activity level, temperament, and age. We will also base it on the owners input and desires.
Can i bring items for my dog?
Please! We welcome their personal toys, slow feeder bowl, blanket, etc. for their suite. This will help them with any anxiety they may have.
How often do you clean your facility?
We are always cleaning. Each time a dog leaves, as there are accidents, and slow times in-between. We use vet grade cleaning products that kill harmful viruses that may be harmful to your pup.
